1. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India using reliable courier partners. Our shipping charges are as follows:

  • Within Kerala: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 applies.

  • Other Indian States: A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your pin code.

  • Dispatch Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to our international customers.

  • Delivery Timeline: 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

  • Shipping Charges: International rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the package weight and your location.

  • Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

4. Delivery Issues

To ensure a smooth resolution for any delivery issues:

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Requirement: As per our Return Policy, a clear unboxing video is required to process any claims regarding damaged or missing items.

  • Claims made after 24 hours may not be entertained due to courier partner limitations.

5. Our Courier Partners

We partner with trusted services including DTDC, India Post (Speed Post), and international express carriers like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex to ensure your saree reaches you in perfect condition.

⚖️ Important Note (Payment Compliance)

  • International Orders: We accept PayPal for all international transactions.

  • Domestic Orders (India): Customers within India are advised to use domestic payment methods such as UPI, GPay, PhonePe, or Bank Transfer.

  • Refunds: If a refund is approved (per our Refund Policy), it will be issued only to the original payment method/account used for the transaction.
